{"id":55,"date":"2021-03-13T17:48:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-13T17:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.darrenmcknight.com\/newtestsite22\/?page_id=55"},"modified":"2021-03-18T04:50:22","modified_gmt":"2021-03-18T04:50:22","slug":"work","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.darrenmcknight.com\/newtestsite22\/work\/","title":{"rendered":"Work"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SKILLS&nbsp; &amp; INTERESTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the past few years my work has centered around leading teams focussed on transformation and modernization in benefits service delivery and member\/customer service.&nbsp; This has helped me understand and learn to manage the barriers and mitigation strategies to get things done in a large multi-stakeholder environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As my career has developed I have become keenly interested in the power of storytelling and the importance of both authenticity and vulnernability in drawing stakeholders in to work with you towards a common goal. I&#8217;ve also developed an interest in building and shaping teams, developing organizational culture and championing change management.
